In an effort to expand and enhance the cardiothoracic surgery resident education experience, the TSRA contacted program directors and developed a list of advanced training opportunties, ranging from elective rotations, one-year "super fellowships," and brief (1-2 week) observational courses for residents in ACGME-approved programs.
